Privacy Policies & Information
Your privacy is important. I collect only the information needed to provide safe and effective speech and language therapy. This may include contact details, background information and therapy notes. Your information is stored securely and will not be shared without your consent unless there is a concern about safety.

Terms & Conditions
Before starting therapy, you will receive clear information about appointments, fees and cancellations. Sessions must be paid for in advance. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Full terms and conditions are available on request.

Safeguarding
I am committed to keeping children and adults safe. I hold an enhanced DBS check and complete regular safeguarding training. If I have concerns about safety or wellbeing, I have a duty to share this information with appropriate services.

Consent
Therapy is always discussed and agreed together. You will be asked for consent before assessment and ongoing therapy. This includes how information is used and whether information can be shared with other professionals. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Complaints
I aim to provide a supportive and high-quality service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact me so we can resolve things together. You may also seek advice from the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.

Accessibility
Accessible versions of documents, including aphasia-friendly formats, are available. If you would like information in a different format, please let me know.

Professional Standards
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP) and a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT). I follow professional and ethical guidelines to ensure safe, effective and person-centred care.
