Online assessments are structured and interactive, and many individuals find them comfortable and accessible.

Who is this assessment for?
An ADHD assessment may be appropriate if you or your child are experiencing:
- Ongoing difficulties with attention or concentration
- Impulsivity or hyperactivity
- Challenges with organisation or executive functioning
- Emotional regulation differences
- Impact on school, work or relationships
Seeking an assessment is not about labelling — it is about understanding.

What does the assessment involve?
The assessment process typically includes:
- A detailed developmental and background history
- Standardised assessment tools and questionnaires
- Clinical interview
- Review of school or workplace information where appropriate
- Consideration of co-occurring needs, including communication differences
Where appropriate, collaborative input from trusted professionals such as Occupational Therapy or Educational Psychology can be arranged to ensure a comprehensive understanding of needs.
Following assessment, you will receive a comprehensive written report outlining findings, diagnostic outcome (where criteria are met) and clear, practical recommendations.

Following the assessment
Where diagnostic criteria are met, a formal ADHD diagnosis can be provided. Reports are suitable for:
- Sharing with schools or employers
- Informing support plans
- Contributing to EHCP processes
- Discussing treatment options with other professionals e.g. GP, Consultant
A diagnosis is not the end of the process. Support and understanding are key. Following assessment, recommendations may include:
- Environmental adjustments
- Communication strategies
- Executive functioning supports
- Signposting to further services if appropriate
